Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
- Defective products (damaged/faulty items)
- Non-defective products (unwanted items)
Condition Requirements:
- Must be new or lightly used (including opened/unused items)
- Original packaging preferred (not mandatory for defective items)
Return Timeframe
- Request window: 30 days from delivery
- Return window: 10 days after approval
- Refund processing: 3 days after inspection
Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
- Email happy@bubuclan.com with:
- Order number
- Product condition photos
- Reason for return
Step 2: Get Approved
- We respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Nearest warehouse address
- Prepaid shipping label (if defective)
Step 3: Ship Back
- Include authorization number in package
- Use original packaging when possible
Refund Details

→ Shipping fees non-refundable unless our error
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Important Notes
- Never return items without authorization
- Do not ship to corporate address (use provided warehouse)
- Late returns (>10 days) subject to store credit instead of refund

Available for:
- Same product in different color/size
- Defective product replacements
Note: Customer covers shipping for non-defective exchanges
